After trying another company through a warranty and being told it would cost me thousands of dollars and they weren't even sure of the problem. I decided to get a second opinion. I'm so glad I did! Custom came out as soon as they could and instantly knew the problem with my Trane furnace. He even had the parts in the truck! Even better... it ended up only costing a few hundred dollars. Custom Engineering provides fast efficient service. New furnace installed by Alex, Jason, and Louis. They did a fabulous job including leaving the area spotless.

We had a power failure which blew our furnace fuse and the Igniter failed. We bought a new one from Custom Engineering Heating & Cooling it failed when put in. Top notch business that places customers interests over their own. I had another local company, rhymes with "tall reasons" , come out and inspect my furnace. They  told me the exchanger was cracked after using a camera to look inside. They wanted to sell me a new furnace on the spot ,and were not interested in replacing the heat exchanger ( as I learned later this is their policy ,to replace a furnace,rather than repair). I called Custom Engineering and they ordered a new exchanger in less than a week. When Chaz came out and took out the old exchanger, we discovered it was NOT cracked , and in good working order. They saved me over a $1000.00. This is integrity, a stand up business. He let me know up front what he found and let me make the call, saving my a considerable amount of money. You can not go wrong with this company, they are looking out for you.
