Our Furnace went out on a Sunday night, I didn’t know but Custom Engineering Heating and Cooling would have come out even on a Sunday night, so I called Monday morning Service Tech showed up before noon. Determined problem within 30 min on a furnace he never seen before at any time. We decide to order new furnace cause parts obsolete, our furnace over 60 years old wood and coal furnace converted to gas. We hope to get one in a week or so, but they had one in stock and installed next day Monday. We also decided to get ac that was completed on Tuesday and they hauled the old furnace away that had to be cut apart to remove from our basement. Thanks again. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding! We called them at 7:30am after finding out our furnace had gone out overnight and they had a tech their before 10am. Chaz, was SO amazing! Not only was he extremely professional but missed their office party to personally pick up our part and come install it before the end of his shift so we would have heat over the weekend. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Custom Engineering! Our furnace went out in the coldest time of early February & they responded immediately to us. Not only were they out to our house within two hours, they loaned us heaters when it was determined we would need a new furnace. They had the new furnace in stock and were back out to install it right away. Our dead furnace was old and a bit crazy to deal with, the guys were so professional, and worked all day until they had everything done to perfection and the old “octopus” like furnace gone and cleaned up! We had heat and it was amazing how much better it worked in our house! LOL Custom Engineering didn’t try to “up sell” anything, we had just what we needed and it has been great. Would recommend anytime!
