Called because furnace would not stay running. Charles came out and took care of everything and cleaned anywhere he thought he made a mess. Very friendly and professional.

Our furnace would not start, Chaz came over and had diagnosed a bad gas valve. Had it up and running within 45 min. Very happy with the serivice.

We had a power failure which blew our furnace fuse and the Igniter failed. We bought a new one from Custom Engineering Heating & Cooling it failed when put in. We called for technician to come the next day. Technician was very good, fixed the furnace and in a very timely matter.
